We still believe and practice the model of the HOA Manager is involved and responsible for all aspects of the community business. Unlike many other management companies who have separate individuals or departments for vendor relations, violation visits, A.C.C. submittals, delinquencies and most importantly, resident interactions. Our managers handle all these activities and more individually. We know from experience that when too many people become involved in the daily operation of your community there are always missed opportunities for success.
Our managers will learn what procedures and policies are wanted by the Board for the collection of delinquent accounts and adhere to them. The manager will personally conduct the property inspections and record the violations as they are aware of the Boards desired standards. The manager will come to personally know your community and will be able to assist the residents in their A.C.C. requests submittals. We do not have a customer service department to take calls from members, we believe that is the responsibility of your manager. The manager must have firsthand knowledge of the complaints, challenges and needs of the association members. Our role is to facilitate harmony and efficiency within the community between the board and the residents.
